Teleperformance, a global leader in digital business services, bagged nine awards at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) in December.

The recognition was awarded to TP by “the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry.” In 2022, Teleperformance bagged eight awards at the prestigious program.

The organization’s ECCCSA awards this year include the following:

TP bested large names in the field after the award-giving body had a thorough review of the organization’s remote work solutions, comprehensive security measures, and exceptional client support.
