What is the culture like in COMCO?
COMCO’s culture is best defined as “The Team Journey.”
From the start, it was built from a simple and powerful desire of our founders to do great work together again. COMCO was designed to veer away from the traditional “dog-eat-dog” industry setup and instead become a creativity playground, a safe space where people can do their best work, grow in their craft, and find meaning in what they do.
This love for the team paved the way for creating a work environment where every COMCOY is empowered, heard, mentored, and supported. It’s about creating the best experience – from executing groundbreaking campaigns and landmark projects, having flexible work setup, industry standard remuneration and comprehensive benefits, exciting local and international team travels, unconventional team activities, mentorship programs, and to community work that helps you make a positive impact on society.
Mentorship is also a key pillar of COMCO’s culture as evident in programs like the award-winning Camp COMCO Mentorship Program. This is the company’s intensive and comprehensive talent incubation initiative designed to transform communication, marketing, and multimedia arts students and fresh graduates into revolutionary practitioners of the industry. High-performing Camp COMCO members also have the opportunity to jumpstart their careers with the opportunity to join the company and apply their skills in a real-world setting.
In essence, COMCO thrives because of the people who believe in its mission. These are the individuals who find their purpose, passion, and love for the craft. It is a culture where work is both a calling and shared purpose/. It is a culture where each team member grows and fulfills each one’s life’s work. We create, we thrive, we grow, and we play in between, with our team, our COMCO squadron, as our north star.
