COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises is excited to announce its newly regularized employees commencing the celebration of the agency’s eighth year.

Earlier announced are the regularized COMCOys including COMCOffee Club Senior Corporate Finance Manager Elen Ceniza and COMCO Southeast Asia Senior Brand Communications Officer Clarissa Botecario. Elen currently oversees the Finance and Accounting Division operations of the group of companies while Clarissa is the Senior Brand Communications Officer for COMCO SEA’s Experience+ division. 

Also joining the line-up are Senior Corporate Services Associate Cheska Gutierrez, Executives Initiatives and Communications Associate Ronette Tibay, Integrated Communications Associate Chloe Manalac, and Brand Communications Associates Karen Morales and Louise Gamboa.

The seven COMCOys went through intensive and comprehensive training during their crucial probationary periods. After a series of evaluations, COMCO Mundo saw that these COMCOys performed well in their respective positions and are fit with the agency’s workplace community culture. Among the benefits of their regularization include health card insurance which is extended to dependents, sick leave conversion to cash, sick leave accumulation that can be used for critical illness or long-term hospitalization, compensatory leaves that can be earned, group insurance, communications and professional development training, wellness allowance, communications allowance, retirement fund, sales commission, yearend incentive, local and international travel, leadership growth opportunities, and stock options according to tenure and performance.
