Powerhouse and global award-winning communications group, COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises, expands its talented pool of professionals with new additions to its growing team from the Camp COMCO Mentorship Program Cycle 21.
Sharmaine Irish T. Padua is COMCO Mundo’s Executive Initiatives and Communications Associate. A Bachelor of Arts in Communications graduate from the University of the Philippines-Baguio, she graduated from Camp COMCO Cycle 21 under House Bearcat, which clinched the grand prize in the culminating activity of Camp COMCO, the House Wars pitch competition.
Joining the SEA Wave & Spice Multimedia Content Studio is Shane Jhastin D. Picson as Digital and Content Studio Associate. Shane is a graduate of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas with a Bachelor’s Degree in AB Communications specializing in Public Relations. He brings his fresh perspectives to digital content creation and will help manage SEA Wave Pop Culture Magazine. Shane was also part of Camp COMCO Mentorship Program Cycle 21 under House Hawksbill.
A graduate of BA Communication specializing in Convergent Media from Far Eastern University Manila, Melany Diane M. Mabagos joins TARO AOX Inc. as its new Integrated Communications Associate. Melany graduated from the Camp COMCO Mentorship Program Cycle 21 with flying colors and was absorbed into the company for her stellar performance. She was also a member of House Bearcat, which earned the grand prize for the House Wars competition.
They join the ranks of many Camp COMCO apprentices who have integrated into COMCO Mundo’s culture and team. With their training under the guidance of Camp COMCO’s expert mentors, they are poised to become the next trailblazing communications practitioners and advocates of COMCO’s unique brand of Meaningful Storytelling.

The Camp COMCO Mentorship Program has also recently opened Cycle 22 to university students and fresh graduates from communication, marketing, multimedia arts, and other related fields.
