As COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises marks nine years of growth in 2025, the powerhouse and global award-winning communications group celebrates another milestone with a new round of staff promotions and regularizations across its companies: COMCO Mundo, COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas, TARO AOX Inc., and Sundaica Shared Services and Enterprise Community.

True to its commitment to cultivating world-class communication professionals, COMCO Mundo shines the spotlight on its nurtured talents who have risen through the ranks.

Jam Bufi steps into her new role as Senior Manager for Digital PR & Communications and Deputy Business Administrator at TARO AOX Inc. A distinguished graduate of Camp COMCO’s mentorship program Cycle 5 and steward of House Whaleshark, Jam has led key accounts such as Samsung Flagship, Sun Life Global Solutions, and Scotland Food Corporation.

Hendrich Namoca from House Hawksbill, Cycle 19 of Camp COMCO, is now Officer for Communications Support Services at TARO AOX Inc. Hen works closely with Ms. Rachel Syfargo, Vice President for Operations and the Head of Story Lab, contributing editorial and creative support to campaigns for Fujifilm Philippines and Samsung, as well as contributing support to COMCO Southeast Asia – Singapore.

Ronette Tibay, from House Whaleshark and Cycle 19 of Camp COMCO, has been appointed Officer for Digital PR and Communications at TARO AOX Inc. Known for her creativity and versatility, Ronette has worked across executive initiatives, public relations, and events, bringing fresh storytelling to clients such as Samsung, Sun Life Global Solutions, and Bonchon Philippines.

 

Recognizing Emerging Rockstars

 

In addition to these promotions, several team members have been regularized in recognition of their contributions and continued growth within the organization. Geoff Pangan is now a regularized Senior Manager for Integrated Communications at TARO AOX Inc. A seasoned professional, Geoff has worked with brands such as Guess, McDonald’s, Cobra Energy Drink, and Resorts World Manila. He currently leads the Integrated Communications (ICOM) team and manages key accounts including Fujifilm, Samsung Innovation, and Licealiz  by Lamoiyan Corporation.

Vince Maverick Rodriguez from House Flying Fox, Cycle 22 of Camp COMCO, has been regularized as Associate Supervisor for Communications and Marketing Services at COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas. Vince previously contributed to major programs at GMA Network, including Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, Reporter’s Notebook, Pinoy MD, Dapat Alam Mo, and The Atom Araullo Series. At COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas, he now leads accounts such as Aseana City, Uratex, and the Korea Tourism Organization.

 

Welcoming the Next Generation of Trailblazers

 

Finally, COMCO Mundo’s new and youngest crop of trailblazing talents also attain regularization. Selena Patricia Campañer of House Bearcat and Cedrick Dalvin Alolor of House Hawksbill are COMCO Mundo’s Associates for Executive Initiatives and Strategic Communications. Adriana David of House Flying Fox is COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas’ Associate for New PR & Smart Social / Communications. Petrona Bea Sevilla of House Whaleshark is TARO AOX Inc.’s Associate for Digital PR & Communications. And Ysabel Villesis of House Hawksbill is Sundaica Shared Services and Enterprise Community’s Associate for Corporate Services. All of them are graduates of the group’s award winning Camp COMCO Mentorship Program Cycle 22.
