COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises continuously strengthens its workplace culture through COMCOlodeon—its employee engagement program designed to encourage COMCOys to explore interests and activities beyond their core work responsibilities. Across 2025, teams from COMCO Mundo UNO, COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas, TARO AOX Inc., and Sundaica Shared Services & Enterprise Community enjoyed a series of activities that highlighted collaboration, wellness, fun, and community spirit.

The year’s engaging activities kicked off with the highly anticipated activities focused on fun, music, and wellness. COMCO Mundo UNO enjoyed a luxurious cinema experience at Wolfgang Premiere Cinema followed by dinner at Habanero; COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas bonded over K-pop hits and good Korean food at a gastropub; Sundaica Shared Services and Enterprise Community turned the night into their own mini-concert at Rockstars in SM Aura; and TARO AOX Inc. enjoyed a rejuvenating visit to Lasema Jjim Jil Bang Spa.

“The moment that truly embodied the COMCO Mundo spirit that day was when the team came together for a brainstorming session before the movie. It was a great reminder of our collaborative culture and our ‘work hard, play hard’ philosophy that keeps us inspired in everything we do,” shared AC Recio, COMCO Mundo’s Associate Director for Digital, Content & Emerging Platforms / Deputy Business Administrator / Partner.

Later in the year, the highly anticipated COMCOlodeon Pisikalan Clinic brought together COMCOys for physical group activities that encouraged play and exercise. The individual units embraced the physical challenges with enthusiasm: COMCO Mundo UNO channeled their inner action stars during a target shooting session in Makati Central Square; COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas tested their balance and coordination while ice skating at SM Megamall; TARO AOX Inc. reached a new peak with a wall climbing team-building activity at Edge Climb Gym; and Sundaica Shared Services & Enterprise Community rolled into a fun bowling challenge at Superbowl Bowling Center.

“I won’t forget how we cheered for every team member as they climbed to the top, especially those who conquered the higher walls. It was such a fun team-building experience—my first time trying wall climbing and my first time eating out with the team,” recalled Ms. Shaida Ancheta, Associate for Communications Support Services of TARO AOX Inc.

Beyond the physical and thrilling challenges, COMCoys also celebrated COMCOlloween 2025, where they embraced thrill and excitement across a variety of team activities that showcased their collaborative culture with a spark of fun and adventure. COMCO Mundo UNO entered the neon-lit arena of LazerXtreme for laser tag matches; COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas faced their fears at The Freakshow attraction of Nightmares Manila; TARO AOX Inc. enjoyed a focused archery session at Pana; Story Lab headed to the Gaming Library for a suspenseful and nerve-wracking game night playing CS Files; and lastly, Sundaica’s Finance and Accounting and Governance and Administration teams solved challenging puzzles at Mystery Manila.

“I remember feeling shy because I wasn’t really expecting that we will do Nightmares Manila for our activity, but lo and behold – we survived and conquered our fears,” Abigail Bustos, Associate Officer for New PR and Smart Social of COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas, shared.

“Each clue gave us hope that we were getting closer to escaping, but the ticking clock made it quite stressful too!” Ysabel Villesis, Senior Associate for Corporate Services – Finance & Accounting of SUNDAICA Shared Services & Enterprise Community, recalls.

These activities aim to strengthen team bonds, foster personal growth, and cultivate a holistic, people-centered culture within the agency. COMCOlodeon reflects COMCO Mundo’s belief in fostering unity and collaboration across its network of companies, nurturing a strong sense of community within the COMCO Squadron.

“The whole experience was really fun. It was exciting to cheer for our teammates, share laughs, and celebrate each other’s wins. Activities like these give us the chance to bond, unwind outside of work, and build stronger connections as one team, creating memories that we’ll carry with us moving forward,” said Patricia Anne Rana, Head of ACTDEV and Associate Manager for Corporate Services – Governance & Administration and Deputy Business Administrator of Sundaica Shared Services & Enterprise Community.

COMCOlodeon has successfully established a culture of wellness, teamwork, and a strong collaborative spirit. Looking ahead, this marks just the start for the COMCO Mundo COMCOlodeon program, which promises more thrilling and exciting activities in the future.
